I met Hope and Tristan for their glowy sunset engagement session at Slate Run Metro Park. It was the perfect day with a light breeze and beautiful sunshine. We had so much fun spending the evening together and capturing their gorgeous springtime photos.

These two are the sweetest of souls, their love for each other, Jesus, and others is so apparent in all that they do and say. It is so apparent that their relationship is deeply founded in their love for Jesus and their joy is so contagious. I absolutely adored getting to spend the evening with Hope and Tristan, chatting and laughing and witnessing their sweet love for each other!

Tristan and Hope met the very first day of School at Ohio Christian University!  He had transferred from a college in Kansas and she had transferred from the online program of OCU to be a traditional student,  they were in the same orientation group. Not too long after the two started dating. Tristan surprised Hope and proposed on New Year’s Eve under the stars. He had a pavilion covered in beautiful twinkly lights, candles, and rose petals. How adorable is that?! He got down on one knee and asked the love of his life to marry him and she of course said YES!
