Jenna and Nate had a romantic lakefront wedding at The Lodge at Geneva on the Lake in Geneva, Ohio. The lodge was the perfect setting for their big day. When you walked outside to their ceremony space there was a beautiful walkway that led to a lovely white gazebo decorated with purple flowers sitting in front of the vast view of the blue waters of Lake Erie.

We were blessed with the perfect day, with rain in the forecast all week we weren’t sure what to expect but it ended up being clear all day with beautiful overcast skies and then the skies opened and gave us some glorious color just in time for sunset pictures! It was truly a remarkable and beautiful day. I was so honored to celebrate with Jenna and Nate on the first day of their beautiful life together!

Jenna was the most beautiful bride donning an intricately detailed wedding gown complimented by a beautiful lace edged veil. Her hair was swept up in a delicate updo with a beautiful braid and loose curls. She was simply stunning!

Jenna and Nate shared their first look in front of their beautiful lakefront ceremony space. Leading up to it both Jenna and Nate were both so calm and just so excited to be united in marriage. It was so sweet when I asked Nate if he was nervous he simply said he was just excited to see his bride and be married. When Nate turned around to see Jenna for the first time his face lit up in a huge smile. The two of them shared a tight embrace and Nate circled Jenna admiring how beautiful his bride was. After sharing a private moment together the two were beaming and just giddy with excitement for the day! This is why I absolutely love first looks, its the perfect time to just have a moment together. To breathe, take a break from the hectic pace of the day, and soak in the joy of the day together!

One of my favorite moments happened just as Jenna and Nate kissed for the first time as man and wife and walked back down the aisle together, a beautiful dove swooped through the air and landed right on top of their gazebo. It was like God sending a symbol to bless their promise to each other. It was truly incredible! It then flew down to walkway right in front of me and basically posed for a picture so of course I had to snap one and include it in the blog too!

Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Santti! Your day was absolutely stunning, I wish you two all the joy and happiness in your marriage!
