Alexa and Robert are MARRIED!!! Oh my goodness you guys, this day has been so long awaited! After rescheduling from covid I have been anxiously awaiting celebrating with Alexa and Robert on their special day. These two tied the knot on a gorgeous, sunny summer day at the Nationwide Hotel & Conference Center. We truly could not have asked for a more beautiful day!

Alexa and Robert are two of the most joyful people I’ve ever met and I just knew their day was going to be fireee! From the moment I met them at their engagement session it was instantly like meeting old friends. They are just so welcoming and kindhearted and full of joy. Speaking of joy, wow was their whole day filled to the brim with joy!

My favorite part of the day had to be Alexa and Robert’s first look! Alexa had been scheming with me via email, text, and phone for months before to pull of the best wedding surprise. She planned to show up at their home together where Robert was getting ready for their first look. Robert thought we were heading to the venue after getting ready pictures for it. So while coordinating with Alexa via text, I pulled Robert out to face the cornfield in their backyard so he wouldn’t see her coming. Being the trooper he is, Robert went along with it and posed for some groom portraits with his toes literally inches from this field lol. But it worked! Alexa snuck up behind him and tapped him on the shoulder and Robert was absolutely shocked! Tears were flying and it was seriously the SWEETEST moment!

Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Wanner! I am truly so incredibly happy for you both. Thank you SO much for choosing me to document your special day, I wish you two so many years of happiness and joy together! Enjoy all these favorites from your day!
