I am so excited to share Amber and Sammy’s blog with you today for their Wedgewood Golf & Country Club! After having to cancel their original celebration because of covid, Amber and Sammy got married last year in an intimate ceremony. But their wedding celebration with their loved ones finally arrived this past week. It was so worth the wait, what a joyous and beautiful day it was!
Amber was one of the most relaxed and joyful brides I’ve met. They were both so happy to just be together and celebrate with their loved ones! After getting ready, Amber and Sammy started the day with the sweetest first look. Sammy had the biggest smile upon seeing his bride!
After getting all the portraits, we went straight into one of the most fun wedding reception celebrations I’ve been to. They incorporated so many parts of Sammy’s families culture including the Zafah dance to kick off the reception. The Turab Beladi performed again before dinner, it was SO neat to experience!
Before dinner could be served, after a cloudy dreary day, the sun peeked out for a FEW minutes! And Amber and Sammy trusted me enough to run outside for a few sunset portraits and wow the results were magic. Definitely some of my favorite portraits from the day, just wait until you see these!
As soon as the dance floor opened for the evening it was flooded with allll Sammy and Amber’s loved ones. There was so much energy and joy on that dance floor!
