I met Jodi and Nick for their engagement session this past Sunday at Slate Run Metro Park! I truly had the best time spending the evening with these two. From the very first time I ever met Jodi and Nick at their consultation we immediately hit it off! We talked and joked like old friends and their engagement session wasn’t any different! I adore these two and their love for each other and how much fun they have together!
We truly had the best time laughing and exploring Slate Run together. They were such troopers trecking in tall grass for some epic portraits. All the while Jodi rocked her adorable dress and heels! Speaking of Jodi, she slayeddd! So gorgeous! Her hair and makeup was flawless and I was so obsessed with her beautiful outfit choices!
Jodi and Nick originally met in junior high through friends! It was definitely NOT love at first sight but they became good friends later in high school. They were off and on during college and finally decided to make it official once we were back home from college!
Jodi said Nick’s proposal was no secret! He told everyone he saw about the ring and his plan (how cute!.) Nick officially popped the question while they were in Nashville with a couple of friends for Nick’s 26th birthday. He proposed as they were walking by the beautiful Cumberland River!
These two are so perfect for each other and I truly can’t wait to celebrate with them for their big day next May at the
