Brandon and Brittney actually started their engagement session this past week at their beautifully decorated townhome. Brittney had reached out to me while we were planning the perfect engagement session for them. She asked if they could include their cat, Mocha. Mocha is their precious fur baby and Brittney and Brandon’s whole world and they knew they had to get some pictures with her! Of course I was like heck yeah! You don’t have to ask me twice about including fur babies, I am always on board for that!!

It was so sweet to start their session with a cozy little in home session featuring Mocha. After that we headed over to Inniswood Metro Garden to finish their session in the most gorgeous fall weather. The leaves were so vibrant and the sun was shining. It was definitely the perfect day for their session. We had a blast exploring the park together. Brittney and Brandon are the type of people you meet and instantly feel amongst friends. I can’t wait for you to see all these favorites from their session!

On May 16, 2020, Brandon told Brittney that they had to go to OSU to meet his friend to sign paperwork for a research project they were completing at work. She thought it would be a great opportunity to take some pictures of campus. As well as time to enjoy being back on campus as alumni. They walked over to Mirror Lake and Brittney started to take pictures.

Brandon kept trying to get her attention but she didn’t pick up on his cues. When he started his proposal speech Brittney actually tried to walk away. She thought it was the same speech she had heard so many times before about how they would get married eventually. Brandon had to physically stop her from walking away (whoops!) so he could kneel down and propose. Afterwards, Brittney said he asked their friend who had recorded everything, “which hand does it go on?” Haha isn’t that just so sweet?
